Who we are
Dr. Dániel Csanády, a civil engineer, earned his doctoral degree at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. In his dissertation, he focused on the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly building materials. Throughout his professional career, he has led numerous material development projects that required the exploration of new pathways, where interdisciplinary thinking and a thorough understanding of various fields were essential. In addition to his research work, he also specializes in the analysis of civil engineering structures, giving him deep insights into the weaknesses and challenges of traditional building materials. He has utilized this practical and research knowledge to envision and develop new materials that are not yet available on the market. The market introduction or trial production of several of his material developments by major industry players further supports the likelihood of these projects’ success.
Lili Kispál is the team’s economic expert, who is not only well-versed in economic fields but also has a good understanding of the construction industry. She is an excellent example of how to transcend the boundaries of traditional disciplines. Currently, she is pursuing her studies at BGE, which enables her to apply economic theories to solve problems in the construction sector. Lili is increasingly interested in integrating sustainability aspects into economic models, which is particularly important in light of current environmental challenges. Her vision is to contribute to the creation of an economic system that serves both the interests of industry and society.
Benedek Krepler is a recognized authority in the digitalization and robotization of the construction industry, particularly in the field of prefabrication. He has given numerous presentations at various forums, earning awards for his work. Alongside his studies at BME, his research reflects his engineering philosophy: “everything you can imagine is real.” He views developments not only as an engineer but also as an economist, as they must provide market advantages through economic impact and efficiency improvements. With an Edison-like problem-solving approach, he turns ideas into reality, in line with his philosophy.
Dr. Péter Ludvig, a civil engineer, earned his doctoral degree in Brazil in cement nanotechnology. His academic and research career has resulted in the graduation of 3 PhD and 7 MSc students, as well as 24 articles published in scientific journals. He speaks four languages fluently. He aims to implement solutions previously only seen in science fiction, with a key focus on making our future more sustainable.
